One day during Valentine's week, I came home to this little cutie wearing a love bug hat he made at daycare.
He loved it so much he wore it all night and almost every night after that for the next week. It was so adorable. That same night he received a Valentine's Day card in the mail from his great grandparents on Joey's mom's side. They gave him 5 big ones!
We figured it was as good a time as any to teach him about saving and using a piggy bank. We had a GT one my dad had given me a few years ago and it was perfect. He was very excited to put his money in the bank!

Later that week, on actual Valentine's day, we followed our tradition and went out for hot wings. We don't have a go-to spot in San Diego (it's super hard to find good wings here!) so we tried Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was disappointing but the company made up for it. :)
There was a Dairy Queen next door and this preggo couldn't resist stopping in for a blizzard. Jack didn't mind!
Noting fancy but it was a great night. It's all about spending time with the ones you love! :)
